DUMPLING

Ingredients

2lbs of pork meat
2 tbls of corn starch
1 teaspoon of black pepper
2 teaspoons of knorr
2 teaspoons of sesame oil
Some green onion optional
Grated carrot optional
Salt to taste
2 packs of dumpling wrappers

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients except the dumpling wrappers until well combine
Take one of the dumpling wrapper and put about 1 tbls of the filling in the center of the wrapper, fold and pinch the wrapper from the middle to the two outher sides .using water to seal
continue doing that until you finish all the wrapper.
